   Definition: A business location that is not primarily a foodservice operator, but purchases foodservice items, typically for a     corporate cafeteria or canteen area.

COMPANIES

Definition: This is a top-line segmentation. A company / business location that is not primarily a foodservice operator, but purchases foodservice items. It will be used when it is unknown if the business is operating as a production plant or office only.

Definition: A company where the operator is known to only contain office space.
